Listed below are the conditions of purchase which apply when You buy from Tornedalen Hantverk's webb shop.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2-5 Days after we have get the order, if the product is in stock.
Shipping
We have a shipping fee of 40 SEK. If You buy for 700 SEK or more, it is free shipping. We have a handling fee of 20SEK.
Payment methods
Credit Card:
We accept payments from VISA and Mastercard. When paying with a credit card, no additional charges are added in addition to the shipping fee of 19 SEK and handling fee of 20SEK
Invoice:
The payment shall be made within 14 days from the invoice date. An invoice fee of 44 SEK is added in addition to the shipping fee of 19 SEK.
Order confirmation/Receipt
When You are done with Your purchase an order confirmation will be sent to Your e-mail. If You don't receive an order confirmation the same day as You made Your order, we ask You to contact us, as it may mean that You have written the wrong e-mail adress. Together with Your delivery You will get a delivery note. When Your products are packed, a confirmation will be send by e-mail.
Returns
If You regret Your purchase, You have the right to get the money back for the product, not for the shipping and invoice fee, up to 14 days after You have received Your product. This does not apply if the product is used. Send the product together with the invoice/receipt, or a copy. You are responsible and have to pay for the return shipping Yourself. The right to exchange products
You have the right to exchange a product if it is defective, and if You have bought the wrong size of a ring You have the right to switch to a different size. On these occasions, we will pay the return shipping. For exchange of product, contact us by e-mail; yourstylesweden@telia.com.
Incorrect or damaged product shall be made a complaint about within 14 days from the day You received Your parcel.
Repayment of credit card purchases
Repayment is usually done the same day we receive the product (the day after, at the latest). For repayment - tell us Your account number. We will then transfer the amount due to Your account.
Personal data
Personal data is stored in our customer database when You sign up as a customer or order a product. The information is used to send products to the right adress. We treat Your personal data according to the Swedish Personal Data Act (PDA). If You wish to unsubscribe as our customer, please contact us by e-mail.(See Contact us)

We are following the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce and returns. You have to be over 18 years to buy from us.
We reserve us for any misprinting, errors in information and errors in the specification of all our items and services. All images on our web site are to be considered as illustrations as color reproduction, etc., can distinguish between different computers.
